Why Menopause Matters

Midlife is not the end of your story.

Menopause isn’t a failure

It’s a biological wake-up call.
Menopause is not your body breaking down.
It is your body changing gear.
It is the moment your system stops being designed for reproduction
and starts being designed for survival, longevity and wisdom.
And that matters more than anything.
