These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Thrive Collective Membership (“Membership”), including both the Foundation Membership and VIP Membership tiers. By enrolling, accessing, or participating in Thrive Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. Nature of the Membership

Thrive Collective is an educational wellness membership designed to provide general nutrition, lifestyle, and wellbeing guidance.

It is not:

  • Medical care

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Individualised nutritional therapy

  • A substitute for working with your GP or qualified healthcare provider

  • A replacement for personalised one-to-one consultation

The information provided is educational in nature and intended to support general wellbeing only.

Participation in this Membership does not create a practitioner-client relationship unless you separately enrol in a private consultation or treatment programme.

 

2. One-Size-Fits-All Nature of the Membership

Thrive Collective is a group membership and is not personalised to your individual medical history, conditions, medications, or circumstances.

By joining, you acknowledge that:

  • Your full medical history has not been taken

  • Recommendations are general, not individualised

  • Content may not be appropriate for your specific health needs

  • You are responsible for determining whether recommendations are suitable for you

If you require personalised advice, you must book a private consultation.

 

3. Medical Disclaimer and Healthcare Responsibility

You agree and acknowledge that:

  • You remain solely responsible for your health and medical care

  • You must consult your GP or healthcare provider before making dietary, supplement, exercise, fasting, or lifestyle changes

  • This is especially important if you: – have a diagnosed medical condition – are taking medication – are pregnant or trying to conceive – have cancer or a history of cancer – have autoimmune, cardiovascular, metabolic, or psychiatric conditions

Suzee Tylee does not provide medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Always consult your GP before starting supplements or protocols discussed in the Membership.

 

4. Supplement Use Disclaimer

Any discussion of supplements within Thrive Collective is for educational purposes only.

You agree that:

  • You will consult your GP, consultant, or healthcare provider before starting supplements

  • You understand supplements may interact with medications

  • You accept full responsibility for supplement use decisions

  • Suzee Tylee is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from supplement use

 

5. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Thrive Collective, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any actions you take based on the information provided.

You understand that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

You agree that Suzee Tylee is not liable for:

  • Injury

  • Illness

  • Adverse reactions

  • Health complications

  • Loss, damage, or injury arising from participation

 

6. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary significantly based on:

  • Health history

  • Compliance

  • Genetics

  • Lifestyle

  • Medical conditions

  • Environmental factors

Thrive Collective does not guarantee any specific health outcomes.

Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee similar results.

 

7. Membership Tiers

7.1 Foundation Membership

Foundation Membership provides access to general educational content and community resources, including:

  • Seasonal wellness paths

  • Monthly themes

  • Resource library

  • Recipes and guides

  • Community support

  • Group Q&A environments

Foundation Membership does not include personalised health advice.

Questions answered in group settings are educational only and not individual clinical advice.

 

7.2 VIP Membership

VIP Membership includes all Foundation benefits plus additional access features such as:

  • VIP monthly calls

  • Monday WhatsApp Clinic access

  • Priority support spaces

  • Early access and discounts

VIP Membership provides additional access but does not constitute individual medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Advice given in VIP environments remains educational and general in nature.

VIP Membership does not replace private consultation.

 

8. WhatsApp Clinic and Group Call Disclaimer (VIP)

WhatsApp Clinic and group calls are educational support environments.

You acknowledge that:

  • Responses are general guidance only

  • Advice is based on limited information provided

  • This does not constitute a full clinical consultation

  • It is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical concerns

If you require personalised care, private consultation must be booked separately.

 

9. Financial Terms

9.1 Membership Fees

Foundation Membership: £14.97 per month VIP Membership: £47.97 per month

Fees are charged monthly on a recurring basis.

By enrolling, you authorise automatic recurring payment.

 

9.2 Payment Responsibility

You agree that:

  • Payments are your responsibility

  • Failed payments may result in suspension of access

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment details

 

9.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Membership and immediate access to materials, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Partial use

  • Non-use

  • Forgotten cancellation

  • Change of circumstances

 

10. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • No minimum commitment period

  • No cancellation fees

  • No notice period required

  • Cancellation will stop future billing.

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused time.

 

11. Practitioner Availability and Service Changes

Suzee Tylee reserves the right to:

 

  • Modify membership structure

  • Change content

  • Adjust call schedules

  • Modify WhatsApp clinic availability

  • Update resources

This ensures Thrive Collective remains aligned with best practice and service quality.

 

12. No Emergency Support

Thrive Collective is not an emergency service.

If you experience:

  • Severe symptoms

  • Medical emergency

  • Acute deterioration

 

You must contact:

  • Your GP

  • NHS 111

  • Emergency services (999)

 

13. Personal Responsibility

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Your health decisions

  • Your interpretation of information

  • Your use of supplements, fasting, or protocols

  • Your implementation of recommendations

You agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales:

  • Thrive Collective provides educational content only and does not create a practitioner–client or therapeutic relationship.

  • All information provided within the Membership, including written materials, videos, live calls, WhatsApp responses, and community discussions, is general in nature and not individualised medical or nutritional advice.

  • Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Suzee Tylee shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • Injury, illness, adverse reactions, or health complications

  • Decisions made based on Membership content

  • Loss of income, opportunity, or wellbeing arising from participation

Total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for Membership in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

 

15. Confidentiality and Community Conduct

Members agree to:

  • Respect confidentiality of other members

  • Not share private group content externally

  • Maintain respectful conduct

Suzee Tylee reserves the right to terminate membership for inappropriate behaviour.

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All content remains the intellectual property of Suzee Tylee.

You may not:

  • Share

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Sell

  • Distribute

Membership materials without written permission.

 

17. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are over 18 years old

  • You voluntarily choose to participate

  • You accept full responsibility for your health decisions

 

18. Agreement and Consent

By enrolling in Thrive Collective, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

  • You understand Thrive Collective is educational, not medical care

  • You accept full responsibility for your health decisions

  • You will consult your GP before making changes

  • You voluntarily assume all risks

You agree to these Terms and Conditions before payment is processed.

 

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
